I stayed in the Guesthouse Aurora which is I think the main property and where reception was. I had a private single w/ shared bathroom. It was clean warm and comfortable. It was less than a 5 min walk to Tour Bus Stop 8. It's in City Centre so it makes a Great base to walk around and take in the sights. Breakfast was OK. Great selection of hardy whole grain freshly baked breads & cereals! However, with a wheat and dairy allergy, I was confined to the boiled eggs, ham, tomato & cucumber. Can't complain, it's was enough to get me through the morning.

Everything was as advertised. The included breakfast is not fancy but is as expected. Staff is helpful, but not the most welcoming. Usually they are behind closed doors and needed to be rung twice before appearing.

The property double book the room. The room keys were given to us when we checked in, we went to the guesthouse from Aurora, to our surprise there are guests inside the room. They said that they are booked for 3 days. We went back to the Aurora from Andrea, we were soaked in the rain, nobody was attending the reception area, they did not answer my page, knocked on their door, waited for 20 minutes. Decided to leave and look for another hotel.

Would have been better in a less crowded room. We paid extra for a larger room, which we got,but did not have ane room as there were two single beds plus a set of bunk beds. Good location and quiet, good mattress.

We really enjoyed our room on the 3rd floor with the balcony and city view! The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful!
