A great location, all excursion companies picked up from the location. The room was perfect for a family of four, the self-catering was good enough to create meals. We could stroll in to the capital and saw the Northern Lights on the evening walk back. Clean apartment. Bathroom facilities were excellent. A Netto is nearby for shopping and a Dominoes is available too. The luggage store was safe and we could leave our luggage securely while visiting the capital. A great location to base some outstanding Iceland activities.

Mountain top view from the apartments. Nearby grocery store across the road. Kitchen well stocked with utensils etc to cook with. Nice and warm inside which was welcome given that the temperature was zero outside! Walkable distance to main town area and attractions. Pick up for Golden Circle tour and airport literally right on the doorstep - really convenient.

Has all basic needs and requirements, good location in the middle of everything. Only issue I had was the walls are thin, so you can hear other guests. This was no issue until the end of our stay when the room next to us was deciding rearrange their room at 2AM.

This place was perfect for 2 ppl with lots of luggage and wanting some space. Was clean-ish and upon closer inspection the bathroom was quite dirty but we easily wiped it up with some Lysol wipes. The place was in a quiet area but the upstairs apartment was very easily heard with partying 3 of the 4 nights we were there. The last night , the elevator stopped working. We were in the 5th floor, which meant that we had to lug a huge amount of luggage ( we are here for 3 weeks) down 5 floors !! It was brutal !
