This hotel is very aged and needs updating. The whole property looks and feels run down. I would look for another hotel.

I was looking forward to sleeping in and having a relaxing morning. Instead a staff member stood outside my door talking to construction workers and other staff about work needing to be done on rooms and the dirty floors needing to be cleaned. She didn’t bother to have this conversation in an appropriate place. Instead she stood outside my door, guests doors talking so loud I am sure the everyone in the first floor could hear her. In top of that, the construction workers were apparently dropping and slamming things on the floor above my room. What a miserable stay!

We're sorry for your experience. The employee shouldn't have been standing outside your door giving instructions. We will try to improve in that area. Our construction is done until May. We'll be having some new vanities installed in May, that won't take long at all. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Due to an injury I had limited mobility and the staff were very accommodating and courteous. Walls are a bit thin in the building, but that's more of a note not a complaint. Solid hotel, especially for the price! My first choice for convenient places to stay in Rexburg.

This Super 8 in Rexburg provided a convenient location to visit both my children. Very pleasant staff. I should've looked at the website closer to see that they had a swimming pool and hot tub. Great water pressure. A nice, simple breakfast. A nice stay.

I'm sorry about your experience. I know you wanted a room on the ground floor but you booked later in the day. We didn't have a room for you on the ground floor because of that reason.

Room had broken light switch, And areas where bars were torn off wall not patched. Other patches in property not finished patched. Screen on window torn. Pool was great. It was more a property maintenance issue.

Unfortunately the carpet on room have around 5 big stains (looks pet’s pee) several ants around toilet and the guest on superior floor walked all night making noise,breakfast? Only coffee, bread and yogurt

We're sorry about your experience. The carpet is due to be replaced but its not pets pee. The bathroom in that room was redone last winter and the construction crew stained the carpet.

The breakfast was just okay, but there was a lot of migrate workers at the breakfast at the same time as us and we couldn’t get near the food or the coffee. Very annoying actually as we were expecting to at least have some food. And this motel was definitely off the beaten path for us. I will definitely be more cautious booking a motel with Expedia as we didn’t realize it wasn’t in Idaho Falls

They forgot to clean our room. The breakfast was very poor very limited items to choose from. The water in the spa was luke warm. Our room was beside a very busy street. The room smelled bad and the a/c unit very noisy.

Great Pool No TCM
Nice pool and hot tub! No TCM for us us who likes oldies without commercials. The town except for fast Food joints is all there is in this town with one exception; (Elijah helpers) so some TV with out commercials would be great.
