"The property was quaint and the rooms were clean with good air conditioning. Loved hearing the piano being played by a gentleman as we came back for the evening several of the days we were there! It was a quintessential Paris hotel for us."

"I booked two rooms and my friends booked 2 rooms as well, we had 2 on the third floor and two on the 5th. All were extremely clean, finishing, drapery, toilet showers, bathtub, floors, and appliances were in great condition. Lots f shopping and eating in every direction. Just a few paces from thw louvre, Seine and Notre Dame. Ill return to this location in a heartbeat. Staff were all quite friendly and helpful with bookings of tours and places of interest. Easy access to the metro, to and from the airport."

"Hotel was good. The AC didn't work so well but it was a good comfortable place to sleep in. The cleaning staff did get some of our clothes a bit dirty, but other than that, staff was super helpful and great."

"Lots to like about this hotel! We loved our prestige room - super comfortable and quiet; and using the sauna. Staff were super accommodating and made my husband’s birthday special. There was a bit of difficulty processing a pre authorisation payment - which wasn’t managed by the night staff well - but the day staff were wonderful and helpful. Tiny changes like having more than one coffee pod per person/day would be great (but we called for more and they arrived within five minutes). 45 minutes is also super brief for spa use - and would’ve been helpful to know that the sauna and steam room were accessible without booking. But overall it was great - We’ll definitely stay here again."

"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris. This hotel has all the amenities an American would find comfortably staying anywhere in the US. Very well modernized, awesome air conditioning and large elevators!! The buildings are recently renovated. The staff spoke English, as well as French, if you’re trying to improve on your French. I highly want to highlight Johnathon, a staffer, who was very helpful throughout visit. Go and enjoy Les Jardins de Marais!"

"The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily. There was coffee on demand and they also had lil cookies and snacks. The air conditioning was amazing!!!!! I have nothing negative to say about the hotel! Lovely hotel and centrally located!!"

"This property was one of the best I have ever stayed at. A beautiful two-story flat in the heart of Paris right next to a bakery. It was walking distance to pretty much everything. The staff was wonderful, especially Juna. Next time we’re in Paris, I am definitely booking the executive suite again."
