Dear Guest , Thank you for choosing our Creta Star Hotel for your vacations. The town of Rethymno is 12 km away. The bus runs every half hour until late at night and the bus stop is exactly in front of our hotel. In addition, the nearest small town is at a distance of 6 km, is named Platanias where guests have the opportunity to find discos, bars, many taverns and also shops of all kinds. As you can understand our hotel is not responsible for your car rental, nevertheless we tried to help you as much as possible by calling them. After so many efforts it was not possible to reach them, as you remember. Also, UK belongs to the European Union and through your mobile phone all calls are charged as making a local call in your country. When you contacted again our reception about this issue, the staff asked you in you wish your phone line in your room to be open and you answered positively. In all brochures is mentioned that phone calls are charged. Exceptionally we did not charge you, although we were not obliged to and will not happen again! Thank you again for your visit. Our beach is a paradise for sea turtles Karetta Karetta, has a length of 400m and each year is awarded with the blue flag, a factor which indicates that this natural beach meets all the standards. About the additional fee for the use of sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, we wish to inform you that we pay taxes to the municipality for their use. In all catalogs is written that the sun loungers and parasols are charged extra because the beach belongs to the municipality. Also, there are plenty sunbeds and umbrellas around the pools, which are for free. We hope to see you again soon. Best regards

Unser Strand ist ein Paradies für Meeresschildkröten Karetta Karetta und der hat eine Länge von 400m und jedes Jahr wird vergeben mit der blauen Flagge, das anzeigt, dass der Naturstrand erfüllt alle Vorschriften verliehen.Im Meer gibt es Orte mit Felsen, aber auch sandige Stellen.
