Villa Pegasus leaves nothing to be desired. Our Villa Pegasus was built in one of the most exclusive locations on Crete. Here you combine an absolutely quiet location with a dream view and proximity to the third largest city on Crete, Rethmnon. Travel time to Rethymnon approx. 10 minutes. To the nearest beach about 15 minutes. The modern villa stands on a plot of over 2000 square meters and has breathtaking views of the sea, the hinterland and the White Mountains. On the other side you can see the town of Kastellos and the highest mountain in Crete, Psilorits at 2456 m. Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in this dream villa with panoramic views! The villa is divided over three levels and is partly built in traditional stone construction. It guarantees complete privacy. On the ground floor there is the modern, fully equipped kitchen according to German standards and the dining area. The living area is also located here. It is equipped with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and satellite TV. From the kitchen and living room you have access to the 90 sqm terrace via large patio doors. Here you will find a dining area and an additional seating area, which is equipped with high-quality rattan furniture. The terrace is largely shaded with pergolas. You can reach two bedrooms and two bathrooms via 5 steps. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and is equipped with a box spring bed and satellite TV. Es war ein Traum. Die Villa hat alles, was wir brauchten. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, die Anfahrtsbeschreibung perfekt, wir haben es sofort gefunden. Auf der kleinen Straße, die unten entlangführt fährt so gut wie niemand. Ab und zu ein Pickup. Helga und Josef haben uns begrüßt und waren bei Fragen immer für uns da. Danke für die Tavernentipps! Wir haben so einige Täler durchwandert. Es war ein Traum. Überall Orangen und Zitronen an den Bäumen, einfach herrlich. Die Villa können wir weiterempfehlen. Und wir kommen auch wieder. Dieses Traumhaus ist nicht zu überbieten. Diese super Sicht, und die tollen Sonnenauf- und Untergänge, das werden wir nie vergessen. Die Lage und die Ausstattung waren wie beschrieben. Die Villa ist sehr sauber, alles sehr komfortabel. Helga und Josef haben sich bei Fragen um uns gekümmert. Die Villa können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wir waren mehrmals in Rethymnon, auf der Fortezza, in der Altstadt, in der Moschee. Es ist eine überschaubare Stadt mit sehr vielen guten Tavernen. Es war soo super, jetzt sind wir wieder hier, diesmal in der Villa Pegasus. Dieses Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen. Top Ausstattung, mega Pool, unbeschreibliche Sicht. Uns fehlen einfach die Worte. Wir sind mit den Villen der Beibl\`s immer glücklich, egal welches wir bewohnen. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Freundlichkeit, alles superklasse, Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Die Villa liegt mitten in der Natur, wo früh die Schafe die kleine Dorfstrasse hinunterlaufen und ganz ganz selten mal ein Auto. Bei einer Höhe von fast 500m über dem Meeresspiegel hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick! Das Haus und Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und von hoher Qualität. Die Vermieter von Kretafan sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Urlaub! Normalerweise kommen wir immer im Mai oder September nach Kreta, da es zu diesen Zeiten nicht so voll ist. In diesem Jahr hatten wir die Gelegenheit zu einer kleinen Auszeit mitten in der Hochsaison und wir wurden von unserem Aufenthalt nicht enttäuscht. Aufgrund ihrer etwas höheren Lage ist es uns auch im August - trotz Tagestemperaturen von 30 Grad - in der Villa Pegasus nie zu heiß geworden. Ein angenehmes Lüftchen und natürlich der große Pool haben entscheidend dazu beigetragen. Bequeme Liegen und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich sorgen zusätzlich dafür, dass man im Sommer eigentlich den ganzen Tag draußen ist. im Übrigen ist in der Villa alles so, wie im Inserat beschrieben, die Bilder lügen nicht. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und ich habe einen guten Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften, in denen ich auch schon war. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter ist besonders hervorzuheben, von der Begrüßung bis hin zu Tavernen- und Ausflugstipps hat alles eine sehr persönliche Note. Ein Grund mehr, um wiederzukommen. ##### Günther W. Die Villa Pegasus war auch dieses Jahr wieder unser zweites Zuhause. Dank der sehr guten Wegbeschreibung durch den Besitzern Helga und Josef ist dieses Traumhaus leicht zu finden. Toplage. Man schaut aufs Mittelmeer, die weißen Berge und auf Olivenplantagen. Eingerichtet nach deutschem Standart. Also alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein bis zweimal wöchentliche, gründliche Reinigung. Sehr gute Betreuung vorort. Deshalb geben wir natürlich 5 Sterne für diese Anlage. Schnell ist die wunderschöne Hafenstadt Rethymnon mit dem Auto errreicht. Sie läd zum Bummeln und Shoppen ein. Dort gibt es diverse Tavernen, die nationale und internationale Gerichte anbieten. Die Beschreibungen und Bilder der Villa Pegasus auf der Homepage passten zu 100% mit der Realität vor Ort zusammen. Das Gesamtpaket, bestehend aus Wohn- und Schlafbereich (sehr hochwertige Matratzen), vielen überdachten Terrassen mit sehr bequemen Sesseln und Liegen, dem schönen Pool- und Gartenbereich und die tolle Panoramasicht, hat uns mehr als überzeugt. Die sehr persönliche Betreuung vor Ort, die guten Tavernentipps und alle sonstigen Hilfestellungen bei Fragen haben zu einem sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub beigetragen. Eure Ferienhäuser sind schon etwas Besonderes und daher kommen wir 2012 wieder. die Martins ##### martin This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent 28 Apr 2010 #### Erholsamer Traumurlaub Es ist noch vollständiger und schöner als beschrieben, sowohl das Haus als auch die Lage: traumhafter Ausblick auf die Nordküste und Schnee auf den weißen Bergen, viele Kleinigkeiten, die den Urlaub angenehm machen, "deutsche" Sauberkeit. Liebevolle Betreuung, schon vor dem Urlaub mit guter Anreisebeschreibung und Vermittlung Autovermietung. Bei Ankunft fanden wir einen Obstkorb, Wein und eine Grundausstattung in der Küche vor. Wir empfehlen die Villa uneingeschränkt, sei es zum Faulenzen, Wanderungen, Kultur oder eine Mischung aus allem wie bei uns. Die abgeschiedene, aber doch zentrale Lage erlaubt Ausflüge an die wunderschöne Südküste (traumhaft: der Palmenstrand beim Kloster Prevelli und die Umgebung von Plakias), die nahe Umgebung (herrlicher Blick von der Ruine Bon Ripari, aber kein befestigter Aufstieg), oder die Nordküste. Für Gäste, die abseits der üblichen Touristenziele unterwegs sein wollen, empfehlen wir einen Geländewagen. Von den zahlreichen guten griechischen Restaurants möchten wir nur eines herausheben: das in Armeni, da es nahe am Objekt liegt, sehr günstig und sehr gut ist. Wir waren März/April 2010 mit unseren 2 erwachsenen Kindern hier. Das Wetter war sehr schön für Wanderungen und Ausflüge, auch zum Sonnen. Das Wasser sowohl im Pool als auch im Meer war noch sehr frisch. Aber den Jakuzzi kann man wunderbar aufheizen und auch noch spät abends auf der illuminierten Terasse genießen... Es war unser erster Aufenthalt auf Kreta, aber wahrscheinlich nicht der letzte. Und der nächste wird uns wohl wieder zu Helga und Josef B. führen... ---
