The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms suitable for 8 people. The entrance leads to the spacious open plan living/dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and comfortable sitting area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The ground floor also features one bedroom with twin beds and a shower/WC. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with three more bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC with a hydro-massage bathtub; the other two have twin beds. There is another spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a bathtub on this floor. Each bedroom has a balcony with wonderful views to the sea and mountains. In addition, the villa has a big beautiful rooftop of 30 sq. m., where you can enjoy the magnificent views to the sea, the mountain and the City of Rethymno.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Starting from January 1st 2025 there is an "environmental tax/fee" that guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:
- From April to October, the rate of 15 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
- From November to March the amount of 4 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
