"Friendly staff, located in the Niagara state park hence was the most convenient way to access the Falls and for walking or driving across the border to Canada, good parking, or bus rides to/from the Buffalo airport, great food options very close by for lunch dinner or any time in-between. Complimentary breakfast was good with decent options,"

"We had no issues whatsoever. The instructions from the host were crystal clear to the extent that we never needed to contact them at all. The description of the place on VRBO from the host is spot on. The place was super clean and very conveniently located, close to everything, outlet shopping, the Falls, grocery shopping, other state parks, etc. the street is really quiet, we absolutely loved the quiet nights. I really do not know how it could get better!"

"It was only one night but 5 of us really enjoyed the stay here. It was very clean and we all found the beds comfortable. We were there for a concert at the Artpark. It was approximately a 12 minute drive back to the house. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Niagara Falls area"

"The house was clean and generally as described, and we appreciated the overall stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. Linens and towels: There were not enough bed sheets and towels for the number of guests. It seemed that the guests sleeping on the couch may have been overlooked when preparing the linens. 2. Kitchen supplies: The kitchenware was quite old, and some of the pots and pans were noticeably scratched. Replacing them with a newer set, along with providing parchment paper and a better-quality toaster, would make the kitchen much more functional. 3. Bathroom ventilation: The bathroom did not have a fan or adequate air ventilation, which was inconvenient. 4. Noisy floors: The wood flooring was extremely squeaky and could be quite loud, especially when someone was walking around at night. Overall, the house was clean and met the basic expectations, but addressing these details would significantly improve the guest experience."
