"It was only one night but 5 of us really enjoyed the stay here. It was very clean and we all found the beds comfortable. We were there for a concert at the Artpark. It was approximately a 12 minute drive back to the house. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Niagara Falls area"

"Great little spot in a cute old house! Mostly I look for a hot shower with good water pressure and comfy beds. I was shocked at how much hot water we had! And beds were good but could use better pillows. Did get locked out once d/t the antique locking system in addition to the updated digital one."

"The house was clean and generally as described, and we appreciated the overall stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. Linens and towels: There were not enough bed sheets and towels for the number of guests. It seemed that the guests sleeping on the couch may have been overlooked when preparing the linens. 2. Kitchen supplies: The kitchenware was quite old, and some of the pots and pans were noticeably scratched. Replacing them with a newer set, along with providing parchment paper and a better-quality toaster, would make the kitchen much more functional. 3. Bathroom ventilation: The bathroom did not have a fan or adequate air ventilation, which was inconvenient. 4. Noisy floors: The wood flooring was extremely squeaky and could be quite loud, especially when someone was walking around at night. Overall, the house was clean and met the basic expectations, but addressing these details would significantly improve the guest experience."

"The property was a little older and the stairs were a little steep. Other than that the property had everything we needed and the location was also perfect for what we needed. It was just minutes from the falls and the Canadian border."
