"First of all, Tamara was the best communicator. She answered immediately and took care of any issues. The house has 3 levels - 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and one bedroom on the 3rd floor that was a very large loft with a en-suite bathroom. The air conditioning worked well on all 3 floors. The kitchen was well equipped but did not have an oven or toaster oven. Didn’t really affect our stay. The washer and dryer were fantastic. The beach is very close - walk took about 7 minutes. We found a better beach that was a 10 minute drive from the villa. There was good beach stuff available, paddles, some sun screen, beach toys and low beach chairs. The location was interesting; I would have preferred being closer to Old San Juan. But obviously that’s not the fault of the owner. There was a glitch with the remote gate opener and Tamara did everything she could to get it to work out. Overall, we had a great time and the villa met all of our needs. "

"Staff very nice and helpful. Pretty pool area. Nice beach area on site. Free drinks and Lobby entertainment. Our first room was really cold (and so was the lobby!) and we couldn't get the thermostat to go higher, and the first room was next to a really loud elevator that was waking us up really early so they got us a different room half way though the stay. Overall a good stay."

"Beautiful place. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. The unit was equipped with what we needed for our short stay to prepared a few meals. It was walkable to places to eat and also across the street from the beach. The locking gates everywhere, I was not used to, and the beach locking was interesting, but nothing to deter from the listing of the place! Host was responsive and very accommodating. "

"The room was clean, a/c perfect and excellent view. The pool was great, but the water just a litter cold. The accessibility to cool places for activities was great (go-kars, bowling, casino and billiarroom) Restaurants also great. The comunication with the host was also great. Was a realy fun weekend!! ☺️"

"The place was great for large groups, with a large number of rooms. Everything seemed as described, nothing fancy and everything in working order. Even had a nice roof deck. We were spending most of the time out and about, so it was a great place to come back to at night and rest. Most importantly, AC was cold and the neighborhood seemed safe. Guards were helpful. "

"Overall I would recommend. We arrived late at night and the area looked a little sketch. But during the day we realized it wasn't so bad. We had a little difficulty understanding the instructions to get the electric gate to open- didn't realize we needed to go inside the condo to retrieve the remote. Close to the beach, local restaurants and bars. Roomy and clean. Comfortable beds. "
