A casa é grande, com cozinha equipada (uma geladeira e um freezer), 7 suítes e disponibilidade de muitas camas. Não pega sinal de celular na região, mas a casa oferece internet que funciona bem na sala e cozinha. Existe espaço para muitas melhorias, como limpeza nas áreas de lazer para receber as pessoas (área de jogos e piscina empoeirada) e revisão do sistema hidráulico da casa, pois tivemos problemas nos banheiros dos quartos, com vazamentos e problemas nas descargas. Ficamos sem água nos banheiros dos quartos no primeiro dia porque a piscina ainda estava enchendo, e nos últimos dias a água foi acabando para a casa inteira, a última manhã antes do check-out foi crítica, estávamos em 15 pessoas sem água para os banheiros e nem na cozinha. Reservamos a casa com meses de antecedência, deveria estar melhor preparada para nos receber. A comunicação também é um outro ponto de atenção, antes da nossa entrada na casa era difícil entrar em contato com a dona (apenas pelo site VRBO, pois os telefones disponibilizados no site só chamavam). No site estava escrito que nosso check-in era a partir das16h, e só no dia ela avisou que o caseiro estaria nos esperando ATÉ às 16h. Só conseguimos o acesso ao whatsapp dela quando reclamamos da falta de água e dos problemas nos banheiros.
