In a large old brick barn with brand new interior life is the apartment Holgis Schmuckstück with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove with oven), integrated dining area, separate bedroom with double bed and living room with comfortable (!) Double pullout sofa for max. 2 to 4 people. As a special bonus, the private sauna awaits you for up to 4 people, whose electricity costs will be charged separately. (If you do not use the sauna, you do not have to contribute to the costs by way of a surcharge). The spacious bathroom has a shower and toilet. Die Größe der FeWo ist gut, wer es mag mit Sauna, bestimmt im Winter von Vorteil nach einem langen Strandlauf. Alle Räume sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Oberflächlich ist alles in Ordnung, es gibt kleine Ecken, wo wieder mal gründlicher gereinigt werden sollte und kleine Schrammen in Stand gesetzt werden müssten.
