Frühlingsstraße 5, 83242 Reit im Winkl Dieses rustikal eingerichtete 3-Raum Appartement für max. 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in der ruhig gelegenen Wohnanlage "Alpenland". Es verfügt über einen Wohnraum mit Essecke, einem separaten Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Bad und einen Schlafwohnraum mit Doppelbett und Sitzecke im Untergeschoss. Ein Gitterkinderbett und ein Hochstuhl sind vorhanden. Die kleine Küchenzeile in der Diele mit Kühlschrank Herd und Mikrowelle, reicht nicht nur für den kleinen Hunger. Zur Ausstattung gehören des weiteren Kabel-TV-Flachbildschirm. Die Terrasse mit Sitzgruppe und lädt zum verweilen ein. Eine Sauna, ein Aufenthaltsraum und ein Skiraum stehen Ihnen ferner zu Verfügung. Für Ihren Pkw ist ein Stellplatz vorhanden. Der Ortskern mit allen Einrichtungen liegt ca. 3 min. entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das Hallenbad, Freibad, Restaurants, die Loipen, die Schirmbar und die Tourist-Info, von wo aus die Skibusse zur neuen Gondelbahn auf die Winklmoos-Alm abfahren. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Direkt an den Loipen/ Winterwanderwegen. In der Whg war alles was man so braucht und es war auch sehr gemütlich dort.
