Ankommen, Durchatmen, Wohlfühlen. Unsere liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen mit Vollholz-Küchen und Naturholz-Böden sind das ideale Urlaubsdomizil. Unser Haus liegt im südlichen Teil von Reit im Winkl in sonniger Lage mit herrlichen Blick in die Berge. Sonne pur von den frühen Morgenstunden bis in die Abendstunden sind ideal zum erholsamen Sonnenbaden und relaxen. Für die Kinder ist ein Spielplatz mit Spielwiese, Baumhaus, Riesentrampolin mit Fangnetz, Wellenrutsche, Schaukeln, Bollerwagen, Kinderdreirad, Kinderroller, Laufräder, Traktor, Stelzen, Federball, Speedster, Riesenroller u.v.m. vorhanden. Für die Kleinsten bieten wir eine komplette Babyausstattung mit Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Babywanne, Rückentrage und Buggy. Auch der Chiemsee mit seinem berühmten Schloss Herrenchiemsee ist in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto bequem zu erreichen. Sportler können sich auf geführte Wanderungen, einen Radverleih (6 Erwachsenen- und 5 Kinderräder) freuen. Außerdem können Tennisplätze und der Fun Park mit der Camp-Card kostenlos genutzt werden. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card und der Benz- Eck Skilifte. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee und im Winter Freie Fahrt an den Benzeckliften. (EUR 1,00 Kostenbeitrag) Als besonderes Winterhighlight haben unsere Gäste an den BENZ-Eck Skiliften 10% auf Skiverleih und kostenloser Schlittenverleih (mit Kinderlehne), Uvo's und Snowtubes sowie Schneeschuhe können Sie im Haus leihen und gleich am kleinen Rodel- bzw. Spielhang, praktisch vor der Haustür, ausprobieren. In wenigen Gehminuten erreichen Sie sämtliche Lokalitäten, Winter- Sommerwanderwege, die Schwimmbäder, Loipen und Bushaltestellen ins Skigebiet und Skischulen. Auf Wunsch bieten wir auch Wäsche- und Brötchenservice. Der 18-Loch- Golfplatz, die Tennisplätze und die Natur-Badeseen sind ganz in der Nähe. Da wir sehr auf die Umwelt achten, wird unser Haus komplett mit Naturwärme versorgt. Wir freuen uns auf Sie Ihre Familie Weindl.  
 Komfortabel ausgestattete Wohnung mit Massivholz-Küche & Böden. Die Wohnung mit 35 m² bietet Platz für zwei bis drei Personen. Die Wohnküche ist ausgestattet mit einem 4-Plattenherd inklusive Backrohr, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Weiters verfügt die Wohnung über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa. Das helle Bad ist mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet. Vom 15 m² großen Südwestbalkon haben Sie einen herrlichen Ausblick. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Radio, Kabel-TV und Telefon gehören ebenso zur Ausstattung. Gerne können Sie auch unsere Almhüttensauna, den Brötchenservice und Wäschedienst gegen eine geringe Gebühr in Anspruch nehmen.

Eine sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit wunderschönem Balkon. Der Gastgeber gab uns gleich bei der Ankunft tolle Tipps für Ausflüge usw und sogar einen Begrüßungstrunk! Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!
