The flat is located a short walk from the Reigate station with half hourly trains from London. Take a short walk to enjoy the pubs and restaurants of Reigate High Street or a walk in Priory Park.

The modern and light apartment presents sleeping options for up to 5 people, with a double bed in the master, two single beds in the second bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom has it's own en-suite with a shower and the main bathroom has a shower and a bath.

The living room is spacious with a open plan kitchen that has a oven, hob, washing machine, dish washer, fridge and coffee machine. Just off the main hallway there is a workspace that leads onto the balcony

The flat benefits from its own allotted parking space and there is ample parking on the street.
