We liked the hot ,powerful shower. Beds were comfortable. Pillows not. I clean for a living and just dont get why the bathrooms cannot be pristine in the corners etc. Its not hard to pay attention to detail.

The bed is BAD. The room smells. The alarm clock was set to go off at 12 a.m. as loud as it could go. Cars outside after midnight with loud music.

The staff was really nice and professional. The only thing that I really didn’t like was the parking at the front of the hotel we had to park around back due to limited parking places, overall the stay was good.

Front desk employee, very professional, and helpful when I arrived. Easy, easy registration. Provided all the details. Had some difficulties connecting to Wi-Fi but that was not an issue as I was not staying for a long period of time. Would have looked into that further if I was. Hot food for breakfast was not very hot. Microwave took care of that. Overall very nice. Coffey was hot by the way. Thank you.

They told us about a fee if we checked in early however; did not told us about an out of city fee. Also, in the last 20 mins of our stay, we was taking our stuff to our vehicle and we came back up to get the last bag, we was lock out of our room. I had to ran downstairs and explain to them that we had 20 mins left. The lady was kind to reset our key. I'm not sure if we had to check out 15 minutes early or not, but if so, they did not told us.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience if there were any misunderstandings prior to check in. We do not have an "out of city fee". You may be referring to our refundable incidental deposit, however this information is online & is for everyone that checks in. Our standard check in time is 3pm. If you wish to check in earlier, we do charge a small fee upon arrival. We do not deactivate key cards on our end. They may deactivate by putting it next to your cell phone, or if it was after 11am it will also deactivate. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Only thing I hated was a new policy that if you are early before 3 pm and my room was ready I don’t see why I would have to pay 15 the guest services explained it but it’s an inconvenience to me. Not mad at all I got there hour before check in had to eat anyway.

Beds small and uncomfortable. Beds weren’t queen sized. They were full size. Was awakened early in the morning by them having their roof repaired with no pre-warning. Then they told everyone they had to get up to move their car so they wouldn’t get nails in their tires. Someone from the staff opened the door without first knocking. Luckily the top lock was on

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years being employed in the aviation industry…. and I’ve seen a LOT of questionable places and conditions. However, this property was by FAR one of the best I have stayed at in a long time!! Rooms were absolutely immaculate and an awesome “clean smell” to everything… Everything is within decent distance and I will not hesitate to stay here again the next time I am in town….EXCELLENT!

We arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm and were told they didn't have our reservation. I got on expedia and showed the guy working the counter our confirmed expedia reservation for the 9th through the 12th. He said he could check the confirmation number. When I read it to him he said that number is for someone else checking in on the 14th. I told him I was going to call expedia to see what was going on and he told me his hotel is completely booked and wouldn't have room for us anyhow. My wife managed to find another hotel nearby while I was on hold with expedia. Expedia ended up refunding our money.
