When we arrived, they gave us the key to our room. We took the elevator up and unpacked. Then the girl knocked and said they were moving us and we had to go to another building. We had to walk around the back, over a bridge and across a creek, then up 4 flights of stairs with our luggage, this building had no elevator. They had no luggage cart, and no one would help with the bags. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, A MAN ENTERED THE ROOM WITH A KEY!!!! I was asleep, he left before I could fully awake. I assume he was another guest they gave the wrong key to and not a thief or worse. When I told the desk clerk, he shrugged and said "sorry" and continued to text on his cell phone. Every day, our key code stopped working and they had to reset it. They took the key card, reset it, and handed it back without ever glancing at us or saying a word. They advertise free internet, but the WI-FI never worked during our 5 night stay and their computer didn't work either.
