This property is modern and clean. It was located close to the Christmas market, as well as to several really good restaurants. The breakfast was also very good.

Breakfast was ok, service was ok. It not as friendly as in Austria. Room small as in most Inis but comfortable. Location was convenient even though on other side of bridge.

Well located, friendly staff. AC was not working so rooms were hot. This facility has central air so there is not much guests can control from their room.

Great Feel
We got in late, check in was quick and courteous. Explained our situation for the following morning and the staff was very accommodating, having a packed breakfast for us with juice and coffee to go. What a great place to stay.

A nice and well located hotel
A nice, standard, hotel with a good location. The room was facing a busy street, but it was still not noisy. The staff were friendly and spoke English.

Convenient Location in Konstanz
Helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Convenient and easy walk to the Altstadt and restaurants nearby. The room was quiet IF the window was closed. However, it was very noisy into the night if open and we needed to open the window to get some circulation.

Convenient location to visit the Old Town
Location is good and service great. I asked for extra towels as there were none for the face or to wipe the hands. They brought them in immediately. Parking is also accessible and did not cost a lot - 10 euros for 24 hours. As we stayed for less than a day, it only cost 5 euros which was ok. There's a lift to go from the parking to the hotel so all in all, quite convenient.

Fancy hotel in Konstanz
The hotel is located in the center of the city and less than 3min away from the bus station. Staffs are kind and if you pay city tax, they will provide the bus tickets during the stay so no need to buy one.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Front desk is open 24hrs. Location was perfect for us. No free parking, but parking garage next door is convenient and not expensive. We walked everywhere. Definitely would stay here again.

Friendly staff but expensive for a budget hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful but the room was small and very basic which is what I would expect for a budget hotel but the price was definitely not within the budget category.

Spacious hotel near the city centre and lake!
This is the second time that I have stayed here, so that speaks for itself! Main asset was the super air conditioning, as it was over 30 degrees in Konstanz. The reception area is lively and spacious, the room was on the first floor (so no lift needed) and everything was very clean. Breakfast spread was appreciated, though related items were not always placed next to each other. Parking in underground car park was reasonably priced.

Lovely stay at the Ibis Konstanz
The Ibis Kontanz was a great choice for us - clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and a simple but pleasant breakfast. Convenient for public transport and close enough to walk into town.

Perfect location close to the water
Really nice hotel with outstanding friendly staff. They put in the extra work to make sure we felt welcome and also showed us that they really like having dogs around. We received a gift bag and a few goodies for him. The location is really great you can reach the city in 10 minutes and also go for a nice walk around the lake. Breakfast is simple but good and tasty. The only negative point:: the bed was way to hard and led to me and my girlfriend having back pain every morning.

Conveniently located for the centre of town; an easy and pleasant walk across the bridge. Staff were accommodating at all times of the day and showed enthusiasm and interest in making our stay as good as it could be. Rooms are simply furnished; heating and ventilation controllable, and everything worked. I would stay here again.

Nice, clean, new, except...
Nice, clean, new hotel. Dedicated reception staff there 24 hours a day. Rooms are a bit small, but we had the pull out couch out to accommodate our children. If the couch was folded in it would have been fine. Only issue was with the crib we requested. It was in the room when we arrived and we put our 1 year old daughter to sleep in it to begin with. However when I looked in on her about 30 minutes later she was in between the mattress and the side of the crib at risk of getting trapped. I repositioned her into the center, but she immediately rolled to the side again and slipped in between the mattress and the side. I took her into the bed with me. Crib is old and should be replaced!

Everything was great about the hotel, the rooms are a little small and I was lead to believe in the description that breakfast was included but it's not and it's kind of expensive.
