OVERVIEW: Welcome to Munson Street in Country Club Estates, a family-friendly, dog-friendly, three-bedroom, two-bathroom beach cottage. Super spacious ranch-style Rehoboth Beach cottage. There is a lovely open flow with Wi-Fi, a well-appointed kitchen with new cookware, new bed linens, updated bathrooms, and a private yard for the kids or your fur baby.
LOCATION: Country Club Estates. Only two blocks to Rehoboth Ave and four blocks from the beach and boardwalk.
PARKING: Private driveway for one car and one car garage.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out. Patio with seating, fireplace, and sunroom.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. This home is dog-friendly with a pet fee (one dog only). It rents from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months. Linens are not included, but we do have a linen rental package for guests. No smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location and home are excellent, easy walk to Rehoboth Ave. and the boardwalk/beach if you are used to an active lifestyle. The house is perfect for vacationing, plenty of room for all.

We had a great vacation. The property was spacious and clean, perfect for six people. It was a short walk to the restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. It was even better since we brought our family dog!

Perfect week at the beach!

The house was perfect for our beach vacation. It’s bigger than it looks online! Comfortable spaces to relax, great kitchen for cooking and close enough to the beach and town. We walked everywhere!

Excellent post-season visit

The home was perfect for 5 friends enjoying a post- season week at the beach. The location was perfect for walking to town or the beach. Parking was too easy! The nicely updated house was well stocked, spotless clean with plenty of comfortable spaces to socialize or sleep. We're grateful for the opportunity to gather in such a nice location.

The property was in the perfect location, close to everything, beach, boardwalk, restaurants, state park. The house has everything you needed. We had a lovely week with the family including our dogs! The only thing that would have made a difference is if there was a fully fenced yard!

God value

Home is very convenient to Rehoboth Ave and the beach. Neighborhood is quiet but close to the action. Home is spacious and has everything you need. It’s clean and somewhat renovated. Not the newest on the block but still pleasant to stay at. We took advantage of the linen service and were very pleased.

Nice, clean house with plenty of room. The kitchen is very well stocked with any cooking utensil and appliance you will need for your stay. Plenty of dishes, glasses etc for a houseful of guests. Lots of storage areas in the house, great sunroom, plenty of seating in dining area as well as living room. Well suited for a large family or group of friends to enjoy your time at the beach. Nice location, quiet neighborhood, close enough to walk or a short drive to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops.
