The hallway closets store some basic cleaning tools, laundry pods, iron and ironing board, portable heater and fan, etc. Beach towels and two beach chairs are provided to the guests for use. There is a free underground parking spot in the building. The building has five floors in total and the unit is on the top floor. The building has one elevator. Laundry room in in the basement of the building. Please prepare quarters for laundry. The building's manager office (Unit 202) sells quarters. The manager office close on weekend and close at 3 pm Monday - Friday.
