Short 3 night stay pre season April 2024 on 10th floor partial ocean view balcony...amazing!!! Chilly, yes, of course so bring your wetsuit! The only negative for us was all the cops parking in the hotel spots closest to hotel doors when, in our opinion, they should only park across the street in the parking garage where we had to park & walk...no big deal for us but for those with lots of kids & stuff it could be annoying. We counted over a dozen cop cars in the lot that did not move the entire 4 days we were there.

I had an amazing weekend the room was nice and it was clean the bed was comfortable the bathroom was a little small but adequate we had an ocean view if I had one neg thing to say the room keys did not work all the time,and I let the front desk know. I will come back

Love this place, you technically dont even need to leave the resort but its right on the board walk if you do. My room was clean, and I can confirm that the room was cleaned and the sheets were replaced without asking.

This is our home away from home. Our regular vacation spot in OC. Very convenient to beach and shops. We’ve got 4 little sons we travel with and it’s got everything they need! Only complaint, beds aren’t comfortable and they don’t supply anything in the kitchenette area, such as a mini dishwashing liquid or sponge. Something like that would be perfect!

The only thing that really stood out was how thin the walls are. You could hear everything from other rooms, the hallway and the wind with furniture moving around.

For my first experience in ocean city, it was an amazing hotel! The arcade games, pools and saunas, and the eating options within and throughout the area was top tier. My only complaint is the room service; We did have to call a few times for toilet paper. But other than that, it was an amazing experience. Will book again!!

Slow draining bathroom sink, lamp next to the beds didn't work. Check-in time wasn't until 4:00 which I thought was very late in the day. The staff was not very friendly. They seemed unhappy with their jobs & no one even smiled. It is clean & a decent place to stay but rooms need updating. I had a non-smoking room & there were deep burn marks on the carpet. The ocean view was awesome.

This is my first time staying in this hotel, is very convenient since they have restaurants inside. What I truly dislike is how filthy a were the carpets, this is something that has to be addressed seriously. I know it can be expensive but then bring the price up and give the customers a nice place to stay. The towels were worn out. The bed were very comfortable and the bathroom need to be update. The place was quiet and I feel safe. I stayed in the 5th floor which doesn’t have an ice machine (is not very important but for others to know) in the end, it’s feels more like a MOTEL than a Hotel.

Dated but clean, it seems all the rooms are ocean facing which is nice. Beds are really comfortable but pillows could use an upgrade. My one complaint and suggestion to management, provide outlets! Ther are no bedside outlets for phones. There are no accessible outlets anywhere, theyre tucked behind furniture.

Enjoyed my stay at the Grand. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Views were great. I did have a room with a jet tub but it didn't work. Really didn't go there for the tub anyway. I would definitely book there again.
