The location is awesome. Quick walk with the dogs to the beach and anything you need is a ten minute drive, if that. Due to the holiday it was really quiet and calm. The house is spacious and the yard was great. While we couldn't get the bedroom tv to work we weren't really bothered by it. The coffee maker definitely needs directions but for the most part the kitchen had what we needed. I would definitely book this property again!! Lots of extras are included (beach umbrellas, bikes, blankets, etc) and we loved that sheets and towels were included. The house needs a few small repairs here and there, and some parts of it look a little bit dated, which we noted separately to the management company, but there is nothing that would prevent a family from having a nice stay. It's close enough to the beach to be a long walk or short bike ride when the weather is nice, and only about a 5 min car ride when the weather isn't good. ##### Valerie W. TV in living room and main bedroom only. No grill even though pics and description says there is. 2 bikes available but flat tires and no pump and very rusty. Patio umbrella was a beach umbrella not a real patio umbrella. Excellent location. Close to beach and main drag with all the great restaurants. All rooms were large and clean with some wear and tear but I would stay here again. ##### mitchell g. This place was a reasonable walking distance from everything, from the beach to restaurants, and the main strip. Only suggestion is maybe a few extra blankets and pillows, and detergent for the washer if you plan on using the laundry. ##### meghan O. ---
