"Me and my friend were not treated as accommodating as the other guests were for example, they do have complementary valet however, when we pulled up, we did not get assisted with our luggage at all a vehicle with a family pulled up, no more than five minutes after us, the man went into the hotel, grabbed the luggage cart, assisted them with putting their luggage on the car help them pull the cart into the hotel. They got the whole works me and my friend had to do it by ourselves. The Internet did not work at all. The TV in the room did not work at all. There was damage to the headboard. The lighting in the room wasn’t good either. I definitely don’t think I would be staying at the hotel again, unfortunately "

"This is the second time I stayed at this Hotel, as before the room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and painless. Do ask for breakfast and parking. The breakfast was great, with fresh omelets , fruit , bagels and pastries. The staff was friendly and helpful."
