"Apartment was quiet and tastefully decorated. The whole apartment needs a lot of TLC. Broken blinds, broken kitchen light fixture with one operating bulb, mattress sinks in middle in back bedroom. Everything needs a upgrade. Towels were difficult to find. Had to contact owner. Same with extra TP. Hidden in a closet behind a big box. Also, wifi was difficult to find to sign into and keep on. It had very low reception. One of our phones couldn't even pick it up. Place was fine in a pinch. Had the basics. Just a bit rough."

"The amenities all appeared to be as described. However, the pool had sand bags covering lots of damaged spots and needed cleaning. The home overall needed a more thorough cleaning. There were food items left from someone’s grilling mishaps, sticky floors and doorknobs, as well as lots of dust and dirt. Laundry was left in the dryer still damp. Items from what appeared to be a party were left in random places all through the house. The host was less than responsive for our stay. We attempted multiple times to contact her for a few reasons, one of them being trying to access the property at check in time, and she did not respond until we contacted VRBO customer service. We didn’t even receive initial checkin instructions only check out. Cleanliness was a real concern, the host was unresponsive, and even gave warnings about parties before we even checked in, stating our group had been flagged by VRBO. We’ve never had issues at any other rental or been told that. She stated she could not produce the flagged messages and we haven’t really spoken since. The hospitality could really be improved. Hoping for a better VRBO experience in the future with a different property and host!"

"At first glance inside looks good, but once in there we found things broken. Master bedroom bed was broken we were unable to sleep on it and had to sleep on twin beds luckily we did not have the max amount of people or else there was not enough beds. We reached out to the host and never heard back from him. We could not use the sofa next to the kitchen -leg was broken almost tipped over with a plate in hand. Pool table was a good item to have but was also falling apart. Kitchen was missing a few essential items like pizza cutter pizza pan. Overall just OK "
