Although you can hear the trains, the noise wasn’t too disruptive and I quickly got used to it. Breakfast was also very nice, with a good selection. "The hotel is good, and I would definitely recommend it. At first, I noticed that the room was a little dated, but we slept very well. Everything was clean, and that is the most important thing to me. We could open the window, which was nice, and the room had a small kitchen (just in case!) and an extra sink. Location Is perfect. The team on the front desk was really friendly. Breakfast was good, and we loved having unlimited coffee in the lounge! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!"

"We were only here for one night, but we enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice property in the heart of London, convenient to many tourist spots. The breakfast buffet was excellent, though we do wish it would have opened before 8:00 AM, as we had to rush off to the airport before 9:00. The electronic door key system worked great, once we were able to navigate the on-line checkin process, which was a bit complicated. With the automated check-in and check-out procedures, we didn't have to talk with the staff much, but they were friendly and helpful in the brief interactions we did have. The room was a little small, which one might expect for downtown London, but comfortable nonetheless."
