"The staff was AMAZING! Everyone is very friendly and hospitable. The gardens, pool and beach are beautiful and well kept. Pretty white sand and gorgeous water. There was a lot of rocks as you enter the water though. The room was average it could get some maintenance especially in the bathroom. There was also a lot of bugs in my room and the walls are thin so I could hear my neighbors loudly. My biggest disappointment was the food! For a Bahamian hotel I was expecting lots of fresh seafood. I only ate in the buffet and it honestly wasn’t good at all. The bar tenders were AWESOME FUN AND NICE. The quality of liquor was average. All I wanted to drink was brut and 90% of the time I was there they didn’t have it. Unfortunately I would not stay here again only because of the food quality and options. "

"Mike was very friendly and exhibited wonderful customer service. We asked for someone to sweep sand from a specific area in our unit and he came through like a breath of fresh air and swept AND mopped the ENTIRE unit! He was great!"

"Hotel felt homie and safe. All staff was super friendly. Resort is a bit dated, but I wasnt mad at it at all. They are upgrading little by little amd said next time we could request an updated room. We did have termites in our room, but once reported they came and recleaned our room, did some spraying and we were good from then on.would definitely recommended"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped. The host was super responsive. It was a perfect getaway; the condo was a short ride from the airport and had plenty of amenities to keep us entertained. We walked the beautiful beach and enjoyed the game room in the morning. Relaxed at the beach and pool in the afternoon, after having gone for some touring around. Don’t miss Banana Bay at low tide for lunch! Then back to the condo to shower up and enjoy the evening food, drinks, and fabulous entertainment at Laroc restaurant on the premises. Perfect stay!"
