It’s a great small hotel right on the beach. Lots of good dining close enough to walk to. Plenty of lounge chairs around both the pool and the beach. We had an excellent stay.

Great place. The room was advertised as a courtyard view. The view was of an exterior stairway to the upper level. Calling that a courtyard view was a stretch.

This hotel is dated and since the staff leave at 9 it is very noisy people drinking and talking very loud in the common area until 2AM. We were very disappointed and were booked for 2 nights asked if we could leave and refund the 2nd night and the refused. We left and paid for another hotel. The location here is fabulous though right on the beach but you won’t get much sleep!

Hotel Sol was right on the beach! The suite we had across the street was very nice and newly renovated. Amanda at the front desk went above and beyond to help us during our stay.

Loved that the hotel was on the beach and had great location and character. Our room was in the building across the street - I was more than happy about that as I think being close to the pool would be too loud. The room was big and clean, lots of sheets and pillows, really enjoyed having a fridge. AC worked well. There was a rainstorm and some water did blow under the door into the room, but it wasn't that bad. Only downfall of the hotel in general was that there was no bathroom or changeroom close to the pool for those that stay across the street. This means you have to return to your room to use the bathroom, or you are chilly after getting out of the pool and have to get back across the street to get changed.

Pool in middle of courtyard....too noisy with kids and you can hear in your hotel room....Bathrooms too small.....Air conditioner on ceiling blowing in your faces when sleeping...Too dam cold!! Emergency phone number on door...which you CANNOT READ for SENIORS or even POLICE OFFICER....COULD NOT FIND IT!!! KYOUR PARKING LOT IS TOO SMALL!!!.....My husband and I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE!!!

Had a room in the “new” building across the street from the hotel/pool. Our room was clean, spacious and had a full kitchen. Access to the pool and beach were easy to get to by crossing the street. Definitely b would recommend and will stay there again myself.

Loved the update take on a classic style motel. Staff was friendly and it was very quiet! Loved being able to walk out of the rooms right onto the beach.

The property is so close to the beach, wonderful. The parking was easy and convenient. The only thing that irked me was checking in. There was staff that directed me to a kiosk for checking in. I was obviously having trouble with checking in and they had to have seen this. I was trying to check in to two rooms and had to do each individually. After trying for quite some time by myself I figured it out. Not one asked if I needed help or offered advice. My only complaint.

This was a great location for price. Quiet and updated, along with ease in checking-in after hours at the kiosk. They have beach chairs that you may use which are great, or chairs you may rent for $10 the entire stay to get closer to the beach. Overall we loved the area, walkable to good breakfast spots, and beautiful beach. Friendly staff and great location. It is of course a little dated, slightly "motel" feel, however the updated rooms improved the experience. In a pinch, we would stay again. Thank you for a great time

Small hotel with nice courtyard and pool. Stayed in room near beach access. Appreciate plates, bowls and silverware availability. Room had small frig, microwave and sink makong it easy for small meals. Only complaint was bad coffee in lobby and room

I was very pleasantly surprised about this property. The check in process was super easy. Front desk staff was pleasant. After walking through the secure gate, the courtyard was very clean and inviting. I wish the weather had been better to sit out and enjoy it. The pool area was also nice and the pool was heated. Our room was very clean and have no complaints about the room at all. I also loved that the property has an indoor area you can sit and watch the beach as well as access to beach chairs, and a private beach area. We even utilize the patio heater one evening, which was nice to be able to sit outside. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will be returning on my next visit to the area. The only con, in my opinion, was parking is very limited at the hotel but they also have a parking lot across the street.

Nice room w/ king-size bed. Near pool and beach. Only down side was room is under one of the very few 2nd-floor rooms, so there was a fair amount of overhead noise. Overall, a good value and pleasant stay.
