MoDak Lodge comfortably sleeps 8+ people. Dogs are welcome in the attached/heated garage only! No smoking. Fully furnished with Cable TV and WiFi! The house includes 4 bedrooms and one sleeping area. Can sleep 8-10 people comfortably and has a couch that could be used for additional sleeping! The listing does say it sleeps 12, that’s the max amount of people that can stay. If you’d have a twelfth person you’d need an air mattress. If you need to accommodate more than 12 people, please let us know we are willing to work with you.
