Staff could not have been nicer. Ice machine on 4th floor has dirt in the ice. I filled the bucket and brought it to our room and went to make a cocktail. When I put ice in a glass I saw quite a few of the shaved ice pieces had dirt in them. Threw them out and notified the front desk. Renovations look great, as we have been there in the past, but the ice really turned us off.

The check in staff member was friendly and very helpful. Gave us all the information we needed. Good spacious clean room, comfy bed, in-room coffee, free coffee to-go in the morning, free parking, easy to find. Excellent stay.

We had a great time. The hotel was very nice. Most of the staff was wonderful!! The late night lady was very rude and unfriendly!!

I had booked a Jr suite. Upon arrival the front desk told me that no suites were available for my stay and I had to settle for a standard room. I would have explored other properties to stay had they been forthcoming with the status of my booking.

We were here for one night and the accommodations were lovely. The room was clean and luxurious. The only issue we had was with the evening / overnight staff. We had called a couple times for various things / questions and were dismissed and asked "what?" When they answered the call. The TV lost service (we learned all the rooms did) and when we called they seemed annoyed with us. Usually the staff is much friendlier and patient. Other than that the stay was relaxing and nice.

Extremely rude staff, especially Andrew, General Manager. Since we booked through a third party (expedia) they lied to us and said they had no electric so they wouldn't have to serve us. Then they refused to approve expedia refunding us when they wouldn't let us check in. Horrible!

The Worst
It was a one-night stay so I could bring a parent to a local hospital for surgery and bring them home the next day. It was important that I get a good night’s sleep. Nevertheless, starting at 8:00 AM, a full four hours before checkout, Housekeeping started knocking on the door, and even after being repeatedly told that I did not intend to vacate the room before 12 noon and that their repeated knocking was rude and obnoxious, and was keeping me awake, they continued to do so. Finally, I notified the front desk to ask if they intended to split the room charges with me (since they clearly wanted me out of the hotel before checkout time), and the harassment finally stopped. No refund was ever offered though. Ultimately, the stay was so unpleasant that I had to leave an hour before checkout (11:00 AM) and without shaving. When I entered the hallway, the housekeeper ran into the linen room and closed the door behind them, like a coward. I have never in my life left a hotel room without leaving a tip, until now. And I have never had to be this forceful with the housekeeping staff. Overall, a terrible experience.

Little things make happy trips
Excellent hotel. Staff top notch, newly renovated, and clean. It's the little details that make life a little better: complimentary morning lobby fresh coffee. Decent restaurant/bar area. Inviting business area. Free spacious parkin. Even the landscaping is meticulous. And of course, the cookie on arrival never hurts. This hotel is walking distance to nothing, well maybe an Applebees, but for a business trip or family driving vacation, this hotel will work out just fine.
