"To the management team, Please add more cleaners to each floor for cleaning up the room. There is only one staff does the cleaning every day, which delay the finish time, that makes guest unable to be back in the room for a rest until more than 2pm, which is very rediculors. Other than that, everything was fine."

Sie waren wütend das wir nicht noch mal ein neues Zimmer gebucht haben (für mehr Geld) und wollten unsere Pässe behalten.
