RV Site located inside a Gated Community (Paradise Landing). Site located directly on the banks of the TN River, spacious RV barn with seating along the riverbed (bar and fire pit on-site). Site has full hook-up, with 50/30 AMP, water & sewer connections. Community boat ramp located within the development (within a mile of the lot). Golf course 15min away, boating marina 20min. Lot located Approx. 1 hour away from Shiloh National Battlefield. The covered area was really nice and there was a constant breeze off the water to battle the August heat. We wish the property had a staircase down to the water like the neighbor's property. The river is steps away and has a beach area to set up chairs, fish, and swim. The view from the back is an open field and wooded area. The covered area over the camper has a constant breeze even on the hot weekend. There is a fire pit and we were able to get enough driftwood to get a fire going. Hookups were easy and clean. Do your research and have all the things you need before you get here. It is a good distance from stores but an absolutely beautiful drive. The view is beautiful and we loved the new fire pit, Access to the water was the downside - you have to climb the bluff to get to the water. The boat ramp with the dock was inaccessible due to the low water levels and the other boat ramp does not have a dock.
