The staff are friendly but service is poor and the property needs refurbishment. Also, I felt a bit unsafe in the area.

The staff is friendly and responsive. The hotel is well located. However, the facilities are generally in poor condition. In addition, little care is applied in ensuring that the rooms are ready to receive guests. Two out of the three rooms our group rented had a defective safe or no safe at all, two had non-working AC units, and one had a very noisy mini fridge. Very disappointing for a four-star hotel.

Very good stay and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing only issue was problem with bathroom toilet that occurred one evening and had to wait until next morning to be fixed.

Enjoyed Stay
This is a 35-story tower building. I stayed on the 24th floor in a nice suite with a balcony and a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The room is large, modern and spacey room. The bed was comfortable and extra large with ample space for me and my wife. The bathroom is spacey with a nice shower with plenty of water both hot and cold water. The breakfast was very good with both hot and cold items. And it is served in a ample restaurant room on ground floor. Our stay was great, and I would stay again. The only bad side was the elevator that required a cardkey to unlock it, and sometimes the card would not work. Also, if you have kids beware that the patio does not have protection.

Nice size rooms. Staff is very friendly. Had a problem with my safe and they fixed it right away. Breakfast was good.
