Recently renovated, peaceful, and conveniently located - this 2 bedroom loft apartment is situated in the heart of the historic town of Reading, with 1 private parking space available.  
  
This unique apartment offers a modern, fresh interior with an open-plan living room. Enjoy speedy wifi for work or streaming at your leisure or a relaxing bath to end the day. The kitchen is fully fitted with high-quality appliances and all the kitchenware you'd need to feel right at home.  
The space  
Bedroom 1  
Comfortable King-sized bed, bedside units, a side lamp, a large chest of drawers and hanging space. Hotel-style bedding, a bath and hand towel for each guest provided.  
  
Bedroom 2  
Two large luxury single beds, seating, a medium-sized chest of drawers and hanging space. Hotel-style bedding, a bath and hand towel provided for each guest.  
  
Family Bathroom  
High-specification modern bathroom including a large bath, power shower, and sink. Hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner provided.  
  
Kitchen  
The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials including a kettle, oven, gas hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, pots and pans, cutlery, kids plates/spoons, and cooking utensils.  
  
All in all - we hope to provide a home away from home for all our guests!  
Guest access  
The second-floor apartment benefits from easy access from the main road via a private parking lot located at the back of the building.  
Other things to note  
Our apartment is located within walking distance from the town centre with plenty of family friendly entertainment and restaurants available nearby. We welcome business professionals given we are within a 5-10min drive of all the nearby business parks and development sites. And just a 5min drive and approx 15min walk to the main Reading station with direct transport links to London.
