Ground-floor, one-bedroom apartment with sea view, offering approximately 28m² of living space: a living room with two sofa beds (80x190cm), an open-plan fitted kitchen, a hallway with separate WC, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm). A terrace of approximately 18m² overlooks a 28m² garden.  
  
Two private parking spaces.  
  
Skip to the beach. At the end of the garden, a private path leads to the RD 559, which you simply cross to access the beach path.  
  
Additional services payable on site:  
  
\- Mandatory cleaning fee  
\- Security deposit (NO CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED): by check or cash, returned after verification by the cleaning team  
\- Tourist tax per day and per person over 18 years of age, according to the current rate
