Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The room is clean and comfortable. However, there is a room with a queen size bed should changed to King instead. Nearby the apartment does not have much restaurants or shopping centres, have to take cab around. Some more, not much taxi driver know this apartment, best to bring along the apartment location card to show them.

There was a king bed and again a sofa which we made into a bed for our 4 year old. We put up the cot so the room became a little cosy but it was fine.
White venetian type shutters opened to give grand views of the park, lots of natural light. The kitchenette had a full size fridge, a microwave and electric stove top. However there was only a glass microwave dish, 2 forks, knives, spoons, plates and glasses. That’s it! So not really a lot to cook with. There was also a washer/dryer which was very handy.

Wifi doesn't remember you, you have to keep writing the password all the time.
You only have access with ONE device. We had to log out with our phones to use a laptop and viceversa, for each of our phones which was unconvinient for a hotel like this.
Air conditioning machine is on the balcony, meaning, you don't have a balcony. There are two, for each room, and it is noisy as hell. Thankfully we couldn't hear it from our bedroom since the room is a house and is huge.
AC on the room was too noisy to have it on during the night.
Found plenty of dust on half of the shelves in the bedroom. The kind of dust you have for a month. Not good for a hotel like this. Some other things were nice and clean.
This hotel likes air conditioning and cold. Buffet was cold as hell. I suggest you be careful with turists, they get ill with those changes of temperature, and it is not healthy. We have clothes for extreme hot!
Pool is free and very nice. But SPA is not included as you could think. SPA and massage are part of an independent clinic inside the hotel, extremely expensive but probably good level, and the professional staff is one person. Meaning, if you want to do it with somebody else at the same time, you can't. So it's more like a 1 person clinic. Their english level in reception is very poor and they ruined our booking and schedule because they said they understood and they didn't. English level of the practitioner is much better and she called to our room.

We stay at the location very regularly, why? It's a great place to stay, great value for money especially if booked well in advance, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. You can get a suite here (you can at most Centre Points) for the same price as a room in other good hotels and this facility deliver 5 star customer service. Include Breakfast as it is very very good and sets you up for the day. Facilities are also good and this hotel is well placed for shopping and sight seeing. It's far enough away from RED light areas that you do not encounter that side of BKK everyday. Great place to stay

I've got to say, I'm really rooting for this hotel to be great, it certainly has potential. We liked the location, the size, the serenity and the environment. However, it has flaws which could have so easily been fixed or tended to. Breakfast was limited, but ok. Thing that bugged us was that when we asked for the room to be cleaned/refreshed, we discovered that our used teacup wasn't replaced, but just turned upside down to make it appear that it had been changed. Also, when I was taking a shower, I noticed a used shower cap wedged inbetween the bathtub and the sliding doors. They need to check everywhere! I think the hotel needs to mentor their staff more and encourage them to be pro-active, rather than just do bare minimum. That's how the hotel can improve and be so much better! Apart from that their coffee was good though. Hope this helps!
