Family Beach Front is a beachfront property located in Rarotonga, just 10 metres from Matavera Beach and 2.5 km from Muri Beach — a popular area offering a variety of restaurants, cafés, and watersports.

The property boasts a private beach (non-swimmable) ideal for beachcombing, shell collecting, and seasonal whale watching. Free private parking is available. The home is non-smoking and conveniently situated only 7 km from town and 9 km from the airport.

(1).A three-minute walk to the left brings you to the best coffee in Raro (open from 7am) and freshly baked croissants every Sunday and — or even on other days if you're lucky."
