"This little motel is very nice. The rooms are small and rustic but very comfortable. The rooms give you the UP feel and I loved it. We will return next time that we are in the area!"

"We were there for my mother's burial and to have a few days to relax & reflect on her. We were so happy to find this hidden gem. Amy was very responsive, the house was very clean and had so many extras. It is an inviting home with lots of space for everyone. We spent a lot of time by the water and playing in the yard. There was a lot of wood for campfires but we only had 1 day that the wind cooperated for us. Thank you again!!! When we have a need to rent in that area again i will be looking for availability here first."

"Our vacation goal was to spend time with our grown children and their spouses. Mission accomplished1 The house was immaculate, all the little touches were there. Owner even had scotch tape. It felt homey and as if it was planned just for us. We did get to fish and spend time on the beautiful Little Bay. The new pier is great! Bird watching and wildlife were amazing. The owner was super easy to talk with, answered text messages immediately and was so helpful. I really can't say enough nice things. We will be back next year!"

"The room was very nicely updated with a few contractor blemishes, but overall good. The beds were ok. I have a bad back and need a soft mattress. There beds slightly bothered my back, but it wasn’t anything I couldn’t walk off in the morning or that kept me from getting a descent night sleep. Would stay here again. This place was way better than some of the places I’ve stayed in the U.P."

"Hotel is right across highway from Lake Michigan. Beautiful view!! Comfortable beds and clean. Liked the popcorn flavored water,coffee and tea will definitely stay again."
