I am sorry to hear that you had some issues with the parking. It is slightly difficult with our building being downtown. There is an app that the City provides that you can also pay for the metered parking throughout downtown. The app is fairly easy to use if you are not wanting to used Valet Services. I trust the rest of your stay was enjoyable!
