Had a 5th floor room with a wonderful view. Breakfast was a good choice of fruit and cold meats/cheese. pastries etc. Omelettes available on request. Plentiful supply of hot drinks.

I had booked this hotel for a treat for the wife. We were driving from Nice. However due to a rental car issue we could not make it on the day. We called expedia mid afternoon to ask if it could be cancelled and refunded. Very helpful they agreed to talk to the hotel. Hotel said they needed managers approval. So 24 hours later the manager declined and charged us full amount despite our car issues and appeal. Running a luxury hotel is just as much about customer care and friendly service as the facilites. We have been to many great places where managers and customers services have been very friendly and corteous. With this hotel and manager we are very very disapointed. Manager may well refer to booking policy but that’s beyond the point. With a single refusal to refund he has tainted an otherwise well reviewed hotel

This hotel was fabulous. Beautiful interior and area by the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. We loved everything. Food options very good. Easy to walk into town or get the shuttle provided by the hotel. We can't wait to return.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Rapallo a short walk away with many restaurants. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s two restaurants serve great food in an ideal setting looking out across the bay. Would throughly recommend.

Nice clean hotel. Attentive staff. Good parking. We ate in the resturant which was lovely. Pool is nice setting. Mocktail wasn’t great and was expensive for a mocktail.

The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The views and desserts at the Le Cupole are the best in town and we really enjoyed the breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when we return with the whole family!

Couldn't be happier with my one night stay. Staff almost TOO attentive as they couldn't do enough for me, it was really nice as they also remembered me and my room number when going to breakfast or into the spa. Those little details make a stay that bit nicer. Room was very nice. Great views across the bay, welcome chocolate treats and complimentary mini bar (soft drinks only). The spa is amazing. A maze almost of different rooms and 'attractions'. More than just a sauna, steam room and pool. The pool has music and some incredible paradisical drone footage on a projector. Lovely warm pool with submerged Jacuzzi beds at the end. The self service tea room was great too with loads on offer with nuts as snacks and seats to relax. Breakfast buffet was good as far as buffets go. View from the breakfast room was lovely anyway but can imagine it's incredible in better weather. Wasn't able to use the outdoor pool as it was sadly raining for most of my stay.

We loved that we were given a room upgrade without asking.The hotel is beautiful, although a bit far from the town center.It was a 20 minute walk,5 minute cab ride.The exercise was good.We could enjoy our delicious breakfast,included, without guilt.

Happy time in Rapallo.
Best thing about this hotel is the fantastic sea view. Check in was really smooth, parking very convenient and food are excellent. Staff are very helpful and the spa facilities is excellent. Should have stayed more than 2 nights here.

Amazing hotel. First class spa. Great pool. Breakfast was really really good as was lunchtime snacks. Fine dining restaurant was good albeit my wife wasn’t overly impressed with the menu options and they didn’t offer any Children’s options - I really enjoyed it though! Concierge recommended a brilliant local restaurant for sea food. Rooms were great with lovely sea views. Will be going back!

The property and facilities were nice. However, I was expecting room upgrade and one of the reason which i booked this hotel is they offer expedia vip program but they didn’t even mention about it initially. When i asked about expedia vip, only spa credit was mentioned. Our room was nice but could be bigger for 3of us…

The pool and views were Amazing. Rooms small and stand up shower was tiny tiny. Restaurant was booked every night but staff was great about finding outside restaurants. Breakfast was included and was good. Wide selection of items.

Good location between Portofino and Cinque Terre but you will need train/bus or taxi to access Portofino because it’s difficult to park over there and you will need a train to go to Cinque Terre because it’s a national park you can’t access by car. Otherwise I would give the hotel a 4.5 stars and maybe 5 stars. Get a sea view if you can . Loved the pool with sea view and the highlight was breakfast at the restaurant terrace with the view. Staff very friendly and helpful, definitely Would stay there again.

Everything was simply amazing. This hotel should absolutely be a five star hotel. From the grand lobby overlooking the pool and sea, the fluffy bathrobes and towels, the inviting pool, welcome drinks, splendid breakfast to the excellent hotel staff. We absolutely loved this hotel and we travel everywhere! The only advice we have is to make a reservation for the top floor restaurant ahead since the ambience is beautiful. It was booked when we arrived but the concierge booked us at a wonderful restaurant in the charming town. It is a 15 min walk along a pretty path. Unfortunately we didn’t use the spa so can’t comment. Lastly the room was simple but elegant with a small veranda/terrace with a stunning. This hotel ranks now as one of my favorite hidden gems in the world!

Great hotel
Excellent hotel, very much a 5* experience. The Spa and rooftop restaurant are well worth a visit. There is a nice walk along the coast line to get to the local town. We were disappointed to be told upon check-in that the rooftop restaurant was already fully booked on the night we wanted to go. We should have been given the option to book earlier. Cleaning staff don't respect the do not disturb light. On all days they entered the room whilst we were at breakfast and made us wait to enter once we returned. All in all these 2 items did not bother us much on the trip

The right combo for right romantic location
Wonderful stay, very pleasant and helpful staff, special mention to the waiter Miguel, going the extra miles to make our dinner and breakfast a breeze. The view, the location, the restaurant, the staff, the services… excellent classy comfort and chic, all in one place, will visit again for sure.

Nice hotel with good pool. Quiet, comfortable room with nice view of the sea. The walk along the beach to the town was not too far (about 15 minutes) and very pleasant, would definitely stay there again.

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean as it is up on a hill. The restaurant and pool are beautifully located in range of this wonderful view! Rooms are nice, simple. The staff has been wonderful and kind. A few things I was surprised to see missing at this hotel were; complimentary wifi, a gym, and a complimentary bottle of water! (The mini bar is stocked with waters for charge)

The hotel had amazing views of Rapallo and was a 15/20 minute walk into town if you wanted to see what was around. The hotel has great parking facilities which was obviously an appeal for lots of people as the car park was busy. We didn't have time to eat at the restaurant in the hotel but it did look great when we stopped by for a drink. The staff were very nice. We had to leave early in the morning for a flight and they had prepared a huge breakfast for us which was greatly appreciated.
