"Love the spacious 2 Bedroom 2 bath unit. Big balcony facing golf court and a covered parking space. No AC so we open the window in the evening to get cool breeze. Thankful for the extra fans. The traffic noise often wake me up in the morning. I would suggest the owner to change the padlock. We had hard time to open it. The cell/internet service was weak couldn’t contact the host. Also maybe add a recycle bin please. Yes I would return when I come to the area. FYI to other traveller, The traffic in and out of Aspen is a pain down to one lane."

"The location is wonderful. We loved the view from the porch, the living room and the bedroom. That view was beautiful and really peaceful. We loved watching the ducks and the geese doing their thing in the pond -- with an occasional appearance from a beaver or a muskrat. The people in the community were warm and welcoming. The fishing, and the Preserve in general, was excellent -- wonderful walking trails and several fishing spots. The unit itself needs to be upgraded. There was no plug for the bathtub in the second bathroom. There was mold in the grout of the bathtub. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall in that bathroom. There was a shortage of laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Curtains were falling off the curtain rods in the front bedroom. Tchotchkes took up too much space on the dining table and the kitchen counters. The entryway was unkempt. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay! And would stay there again."

"Our stay at the house at the Ranch at the Roaring Fork in Carbondale was perfect. The house was spacious and very well designed for a family. The reclining chairs and sofa in the living room were comfy and great for watching the World Cup soccer and playing games with our family. The kitchen had everything we needed and was clean and well organized. The beds upstairs were just as described, very comfortable and we had more beds than we needed for our family of 4. They even had a strong portable gate for us to use at the top of the stairs. The outdoor space was also beautiful with a lovely view and a hot tub and gas fireplace. The host was very responsive and easy to contact and the electronic entry made it very convenient. We loved the outdoor games he provided in the garage as well as the ping pong table. We hope to return again when we visit our family who have a condo there."

"Our family loved this condo! The 10th Mountain Division decorating theme was wonderful. The location was perfect, close to stores, restaurants and the Rio Grande trail. We enjoyed exploring the property and seeing the ducks and herons on the water. The host was very quick to respond to our questions, and we loved how well-stocked the kitchen was, as well as each bedroom having an en suite bathroom. Looking forward to coming back next year!"

"We loved everything about this property! Except the beds. The beds are truly terrible. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The setting is beautiful, the home is peaceful, and it was comfortable and quiet place to stay."

"We loved our stay!!! The condo was on a pond and there are river trails to hike on. It was so nice watching the wildlife on pond in the mornings from back patio. Beds are very comfy, kitchen fully stocked. We will be back!"
