When 4pm came around we were told our room wasn’t ready yet. We had to wait till 6pm and figure out what to do. Because of this we asked if there could be any perk for us having to wait. Only $35 off our total. Our check in was not smooth or good. The pools were really nice but it seemed like everytime I asked for something the staff was very cut and dry. I would think that there would be some wiggle room to entice your guest to want to buy a membership/ownership there. But no. Read age limits in activities, two activities directors were great! Picasso and pour was soo fun def book that. We were waiting at the shuttle only to find out it was closed. A maintained worker saw us and called a bell boy service which was really nice of him, there were many other employees that saw us waiting there and said nothing. We would go back to stay maybe not during spring break as they kept telling me they are booked at 100% so things might take longer. We rented a Cabana which was fun and nice, one thing I would expect with a Cabana rental is having the fridge already stocked, towels already there and maybe some pool ball blow ups. Presentation is key. The pool staff were great! Super friendly. We would not buy there but stay as a mini getaway.
