"I booked and paid for 2 nights here. Hotel was LOCKED, DARK & CLOSED upon my arrival in the evening! I called and called but they did not answer the phone. I tried multiple times to contact hotel. No response. I was alone and afraid all night because I had to sleep in my car parked in front of the hotel. This entire small town in France, including all other hotels, even the Best Western, and all the stores and restaurants, were closed. I found out later it was due to a national holiday on May...

"This is a basic motel. It is clean and was comfortable. Breakfast was offered but did not have options at all for dietary intolerances or allergies.
