"A wonderful retreat with friendly staff, beautiful grounds, delicious food and excellent treatments. We were in the Pavarotti suite which was fabulous - very clean, spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the garden. The staff were extremely kind, professional and accommodating - Manuel and Daniela deserve a special mention. This is a peaceful retreat within walking distance of Merano (a gorgeous spa town) and Trauttmansdorff (botanical gardens) plus lots of hiking routes. A true gem!"

The hotel was extremely pretty in a vintage way, reminds me of We Anderson aesthetics :) Room was classy and well-maintained despite being able to tell it’s been around for a while. "Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location a short walk away from the centre of Merano town (or a short bus ride) up a hill looking over the mountains. The view is beautiful, and you can sit in the gardens on sunny days and admire the beautiful hotel, mountains, and gardens. The team at the hotel were all exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and lovely facilities like two pools and a sauna/steam room. The team went above to make us feel very welcome. Thank you!"
