The room was too small - the refrigerator was behind the one chair and could only be opened slightly. The light in the closet was burned out. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The television was difficult to operate because the channel changer was faulty. The beds were comfortable.

From check in to checkout this hotel exceeded my expectations. We got a room upgrade with a great view. Staff were attentive, cleaning service was spot on. When we needed assistance the front lobby staff were welcoming and nice. Ended up forgetting my toothbrush and they provided me one. Very pleased with my stay at Sheraton

Room was very nice, clean, property was in walking distance to the Martin Marietta center as well as downtown restaurants.

Rooms were very dated, TV would cut in and out constantly. For the location of this property the room was a huge let down especially after coming into the beautiful lobby.

The room was on the smaller side, the finishes were dated and of lower quality, bathroom had several quality issues. Even the elevator and hallways were dated. Staff was very helpful and nice. The location is great. Everything was clean.

Check in was easy and we were able to check in early. The bathrooms need a deep clean. It was extremely hot in our room when we arrived (80 degrees), someone came and worked on it but it was still hot all night even though the thermostat said 65. The property is pretty and you have easy access to downtown.

This appears to be a grand hotel in the early stages of decline. Facilities were clean and comfortable. All the staff was warm and friendly. But....two of the hotels three elevators were out of order causing long waits...we used service elevators to get to our room. In the room, we struggled a bit to use the TV and the coffee maker. The power cord for the TV was unplugged...not from the wall, but from the TV. The power strip for the coffee maker was unplugged and turned ott. We would stay again, but these issues leave you scratching your head.

My bathroom sink was leaking, the hallway smelled like baby diapers, and the elevators weren't working. The restaurant was great and the front desk was kind and helpful.

Go somewhere else. It’s a dump.
The elevators have been broken for more than two months. The service elevators we could use smelled like feces. The rooms were very uneven. Mine had no fridge and the toilet ran all the time. My friend’s had obviously buckling floors and some mold but did have a fridge. It was a hovel
