I message the host about one of the toilets not flushing they responded right back saying is it ok for maintenance to come by & I said yes well maintenance never came. Day two I sent a message telling the host maintenance never came the host said give them a few minutes well I never heard anything back from them. The check in process was a bit much especially from just coming off the road after 6 hours. The lock box is on the railing which is not visible. Just a bit much. ##### Cynthia G.
