We were told that there was a shuttle that runs until midnight by the girl at the front desk. We went to Thrifty to drop our car off and called and the guy said he was sorry he was the only one there and that they could not get us, to call Uber or Lyft. After I asked to speak to manager he was rude and said he would be there in 15 or 20 minutes. I called Uber but then had to cancel Uber because he showed up to get us. So much for Southern Hospitality. They were very rude and not helpful. We were only there from 9pm-6am. Would not recommend if you’re looking for anything other than a place to lay your head.

No open restaurant when we arrived at 8pm. It was a holiday so no real option for food choices. When we left in the morning around 645am, there was no one at the front desk. A sign stating the person on duty was taking someone to the airport and would return in 15 min. When he returned, he had to do a few other things, like taking out the trash before he could take us to the airport. So who's running the hotel when the front desk person is driving the shuttle bus? I found it quite odd and unsafe that no one is at the front desk for those time periods. I actually felt bad for the front desk person. It is a bit too much for one person.

We stayed for only one night. The room was big with separate sitting area which was nice. The noise was terrible (planes and beeping from vans), temp in room fluctutated and the breakfast was gross. I thought $150 was expensive for what it was. We won't stay again.

I often stay there whenever I have to take a flight out of RDU because I live 3 hours away from the airport. Sometimes I even stay there if I get in really late. This particular occasion my flight was leaving out at 5:23am and I needed to be at the airport by 4am. When I called to see if shuttle service was available, I was just told, "yes". When I arrived the night before, I tried to sign up for the shuttle service and they told me it didn't start until 5am. There's no way I could wait until 5am to shuttle over to the airport for a flight that was leaving at 5:23am and boarding 30 minutes prior so I had to leave at 3:30am to make sure I got to the parking area, found a parking space and was shuttled from the airport parking to the airport in time to get there by 4am. Not to mention I had to wake up at 3am.......I only arrived at 8pm and couldn't sleep since I was so anxious about making sure I left early enough to get there in time. I'm sure it was my fault for not making sure when I called to find out if they offered shuttle at 4am. It would be nice if when anybody called in and asked about the shuttle they would specify the actually running times for the shuttle if they are not 24 hours like other hotels. I have learned my lesson and will definitely ask from now on. With all that said, I do enjoy staying at this hotel. Staff and facilities are nice.

The staff were extremely unprofessional. No uniforms or professional attire. Complete lack of professionalism. Wearing video game hats and whatever else they wanted. Couldn’t tell who worked there. Staff didn’t possess motivation to work hard at their job let alone a little, and lacked all hospitality or professionalism. Just complained about their place of work. Room was setup very strangely. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom, the tv was on the far left of the bedroom almost out of sight of the bed. The dresser was located under the counter of the kitchen. Very off and strange. Very inconvenient. Will never stay at a Hyatt again.

The beds and pillows smell dusty and dirty. I know it’s an airport hotel, but this was something extremely disturbing. It irritated my throat and I coughed all night. It stopped only in the morning when I left the room.

The motel was conveniently located to airport. The room was spacious, I like when vanity is separated from shower. TV remote didn’t work well, wallpaper was falling down in bathroom, and breakfast items were on the cold side.

A clean and friendly property. I’ve stayed here before and rebooked. Sensitive sleepers should know ahead of time that this property is located near the end of the Raleigh Durham airport runway. I sleep like a rock, so it doesn’t bother me, but your (air) mileage may vary.

This could be a really good hotel. As it is it's okay. Hotel is heavily used, staff not particularly friendly/helpful. Above all, GUESTS MUST SIGN UP FOR AIRPORT SHUTTLE,it's not enough to show up in the lobby prior to every half hour departure as I was told to do the previous night. Had to get an Uber on the fly. Not cool
