Receptionist Marylin was very friendly and professional. The hotel itself as well as the room are great, newly renovated. The maid could have done a better job by cleaning the coffee maker. Other than that, all is perfect.

Most of the kitchen equipment did not work the toilet did not flush I had to take the top off to flush toilet no clean towels was there for 3 days and the deposit was too expensive did not notify me of that

The beds was uncomfortable, they come in and clean up our room and replace towels. They have a small lot and breakfast was not worth the wake up. Place was clean and the service was fast.

The girl at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming which made a fantastic first impression. Room was spotless, great water pressure, perfect location if you’re here for business in the research triangle.

I stayed at this property with my daughter while visiting Duke University. The hotel itself was convenient to the area of the university. The property itself was great and has a nice breakfast with a large dining area. The hotel room was nice and quiet. Jasmyn was the staff member who checked us in and helped us. She even put in a request for housekeeping for us. Unfortunately, after we came back from a long day outside for college visits and expected to have a clean room to relax in, we found housekeeping did not follow through with the request. Therefore, I had to call the front desk to find out what happened. I could not get an answer and was left to request linens, toilet paper, etc. This is not the expectation I have of a Homewood Suites. I mentioned it again upon checkout, and the front desk staff did not seem to care. She said she would put a message in to the manager, and he would give me a call. Of course, like most places these days, there is no customer service. I still have not received that call, and I was even told by that staff member that I could contact Expedia so they could advocate on my behalf. Seriously??? Why can’t people do their jobs and actually rectify the situation? So, while this Homewood Suites was a decent place to stay, I would think twice because of the lack of customer service especially being a Hilton Honors member.

Great local overnight
A quick overnight local to our home and this place was great. We asked for a room away from others as we were traveling with two small kids and our dog and they accommodated so well. We heard— and hopefully disturbed!— no one! The suite was huge and well appointed. Bed comfy. Everything clean!

Guys at the front desk & shuttle were the best - very congenial & accommodating. Room was clean & nice (great for families..lots of space). Breakfast Only complaint- please steam-clean the carpets!

Rooms are tired. Sofa uncomfortable, carpet worn, peeling paint in bathrooms. We are at this property monthly and it's the same in every room.That said, staff are very nice and accommodating, the common areas are well kept.

The front desk guy I talked to on the phone prior to arrival was super friendly and made me excited to stay there. The check-in staff, however, was not friendly. Our room for 6 had two towels and when I asked for more, the request was not well received. I had to explain why we needed more towels. Six people are not sharing bath towels. Rude breakfast staff. Alarms going off in the night (not the hotel’s fault… some kids pulled the alarm and broke it. Just an unfortunate event) Pull out bed wouldn’t come out. Had to request help to bend the bars so it would open (we have a similar pull-out at home and are familiar with what it takes to open one) Swimming pool was disgusting due to soggy exploded diapers. This is not the hotel’s issue, but rather, hotel guests. Large Costco sized bottles of alcohol were being serving from by hotel guests and they were so drunk. Glass shouldn’t be in the pool area. Again, this was a guest problem, not staff. Hotel attracts the riff raff.

One of the few places that we have ever stayed at that had clean floors. No carpet. Comfortable clean bed.

This hotel needs to be renovated. Doors would not lock and stains are everywhere. Do not book this hotel if you want cleanliness.

Excellent stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Breakfast was great. I had two rooms. My daughter traveled with an infant and they provided a crib for baby. I’d stay here again.
