### Charming 3-bedroom house with AC, WiFi in serene Chapel Hill

This historic, very private retreat in Chapel Hill home was originally built in 1922 and was frequented by the likes of Robert Frost when Professor Lewis Graves, the first head of the UNC Journalism school built the home and lived here. Located at the corner of Battle Lane and Hooper Lane, there is no better location to experience all that Chapel Hill and UNC have to offer. Walk to Franklin Street with its shops and restaurants, the Carolina Inn, Kenan Stadium, the Dean Dome, Memorial Hall, or Forest Theater down the street, 111 Battle is literally in the heart of the historic district of Chapel Hill and practically on campus at the same time.  
The house has undergone additions and renovations since its original construction, and features 3 full bedrooms and 3 full baths upstairs, including a proper primary bedroom with double vanities and walk-in closet and shower. There is a separate sitting room downstairs featuring a high-quality, easy to convert sofa bed and another full bath for extra accommodations. The large kitchen with stone counters and gas range offers gourmet cooking at home with pass through access to the 10-person dining room. The main family room features a large, covered porch, flatscreen TV and comfortable seating for 8. The home features a large 2-car garage and plenty of storage for bikes, cars and your sporting equipment. The home also features ample additional parking, so your friends can come park and walk to dinner, games, or other events.  
111 Battle Lane is a premium, furnished rental property offered for 30-day or longer rental periods. It is a perfect solution for a new family moving to town, potential retirees wanting to sample life in Chapel Hill, the visiting coach or professor, or a local family undergoing a renovation. The home is furnished with one-of-a-kind antiques alongside the best of modern furniture and bedding.  
  
Tenants are limited to 30 years of age and over and are required to sign a lease contract and pay a security deposit. There is a 30 night minimum.
