It was little outside centre of Rajkot but very good value for money. Staff were good and friendly.

Broken sink. Shower water very very luke warm. Bed sheets most likely not washed based on the feel and look. We used our own bedsheets and towels. Breakfast and dinner buffet good quality.

I was travelling with two friends and we booked two separate rooms with dinner and breakfast. Both rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The buffet dinner and breakfast both had plenty of variety and were delicious. Everything was excellent and a much higher standard than I was expecting. It is also located not too far away from Rajkot Airport which was very convenient for us.

Good experience in Rajkot
We were in Rajkot on a business trip and were very satisfied with our stay there. Restaurant staff were excellent,especially Shilpa was very nice.

Unpleasant experience,front office demanded 5000 rupees while I had booked for 4130 rupees, tried to fool me by saying lesser price was for single occupancy,shall never return again.

A nice hotel near the airport and Hospital Chowk.
I am not from Gujarat,but still I had a comfortable and safe stay in the hotel for 2 days. The location of the rooms is in proximity to the reception.This guarantees safety. The staff are well behaved, professional and prompt in their service. The free airport shuttle at 5:30am in the hotel cab was extremely useful.

Nice hotel
This hotel is a great value. The rooms were clean and modern. The wifi worked great and the breakfast was good. The hotel is not walking distance to any sightseeing spots or shopping districts but it was easy to get a rickshaw or ola taxi. We liked this place.

Rajkot lacks 4 to 5 star hotel services and this hotel is the best you get. Its covers your basic needs and cannot compare with the Mumbai or any large city hotels in India

The hotel was nice and very close to the temple.
The hotel was very pleasing. It is located very close to temple. The ambience is good and also the food quality is very nice !

Excellent all around, lots to do here.
We stayed here three nights. The hotel is splendidly decorated and looked after. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with all amenities including a kettle and tea coffee making facilities. The breakfast is one of the best we have eaten and there is an extensive choice of north, South Indian delights as well as the usual continental. Wifi works as well with a daily coupon. The staff are very friendly. The hotel boasts a spa, massage, and gym and whilst we were there there was even a silk Sarcee exhibition. Great place and would stay here again. The one thing I would avoid here is making use of the laundry service as it is expensive. The hotel gives a free shuttle service for airport pickup and drop off.

Check In
When checking in some one from behind will come and the staff will leave yours and start attending person behind you. A third person will come from back for check in and and the staff will leave the first two and work with third person. I think this is an Indian Style BUT not acceptable to the International Standard

Mixed feelings
Good and bad for this hotel. Good location for the airport and also access to highway nearby if you are heading out. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and eager to help where possible, however when asking for information and help their knowledge can be limited. For example, they couldn't help me find the nearest bank. Now the really bad that changed my opinion of the hotel. We were staying in 116/117, up to 11pm you could hear a noise, sounded like a generator, bit was told there wasn't one near our room. Then, through the night there was banging and clanking sounds - like someone was moving furniture upstairs. This i believe could have been pipes but hotel didn't know what it was. Although when we asked to change rooms the said the only rooms available works still have the same noise, so they must have been aware beforehand. For the extra, would have preferred to stay at the imperial palace for a better nights kip.

Great choice.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and responded to any questions/requests quickly and with a smile. The room was clean and had everything you could need. They have a 24 hour restaurant which was decent, but we've had much better food in Gujarat. The breakfast was good.

The hotel was very good the only thing I found was they give free wireless but we had lot of problems with it! Just not a good connections! Quite noisy but they were very good and helpful in every other way. Breakfast was just about ok!
