Older rooms but clean. No hot water in our room. Very isolated area with limited eating choices.

Kitchenette was good, nice pool
First is impression was fine. Fairly clean and kitchenette was nice. After staying a week with such awful sleep on the uncomfortable hard beds, we decided to forfeit our last 2 nights to stay with another hotel, no refund even with 2 days notice. Room wasn't cleaned the entire time, we maintain the cleanliness and linens. The air conditioner had holes to the outside and there was an accumulation of dead bugs in the lights. Worped bathroom door and bathroom drain was clogged. The pillow protector cover was really stained and so was the mattress pad on the twin bed. Food was really expensive but pizza was great.

If you can live without TV and aren't expecting a five star resort you will find this is a very comfortable place and an excellent value for the price.

Friendly and supportive staff
We found the staff to be very supportive of our needs. This is a great place to go and get some down time. The resort is well managed, clean and safe. Keep in mind that you are in a remote location on Eleuthera Island, the Bahamas. The food was great and reasonably priced. Monday is pizza night!! How can you go wrong?
