I had one of the worst experiences of my life with this hotel. First they gave us a room which swelled like someone vomited in it so had to change rooms. The new room smelled ok but the beds were disgusting and we felt like something was crawling on us and was itchy the whole night ,there was not enough bedding for the pull-out bed and the bedsheets smelled like body odur. Could not sleep a wink. Please stay away if you have a kids.

My stay was good from the hotel standpoint however hotels.com failed spactacularly, you never confirmed the stay meaning that the hotel never reserved the rooms.

Need new sofa beds and new soap.
The springs on the pullout sofa bed were prominent. Please use a different hand soap. The soap bar offered by the hotel does not wash out no matter how long I rinse and scrub.

It was an ok stay, besides the fact they only clean the room every other day & not everyday, which I did not like. Also my room key did not work, I had to go to the front desk and ask for them to open my room door because their system was down & they had to restart it which could take a long time. Then I was promised by the lady at the front desk that she would bring me a new key once the system restarted & that was a lie, she never brought me the key.

We were happy to have picked Home2 Suite while having 2-day walking tour in Manhattan NYC. Lots of great features: 1. Good location (a short walking distance to NJ Transient Station); 2. Spacious guest room with microwave, refrig, dish-washer, caffee-maker, oval dining table, office chair, LG TV,...; 3. Great food; 4. Excellent service.

My child for wrapping papers and a bag in the drawer when we arrived. It smelled and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. They didn’t have enough towels or wash rags to accommodate either.
